First emergency parachute jump during training, classmates awarded him a gold ‘Caterpillar” insignia. Manager 1944 West Point football team. Various air force bases assigned with advanced training in A-25 attack bombers. Squadron Commander and Base Commander in Japan 1945-46. Assistant to Executive Officer at Arizona Air Force Base. Born 1920 and Died 1948. Buried in Arlington National Cemetery.
