    Robert Clipson, Retired Professional Registered Parliamentarian was born in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. He learned to fly airplanes in Dayton, Ohio while completing an Apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering at the Fridgidaire Corporation.
    He retired from United Airlines in 1976 after a career of forty years in the aviation industry having served as a Civilian Flight Instructor, an Instructor for Army and Navy Aviation Cadets, Pilot Training Officer and Plane Commander for the Naval Air Transport Service and a Vice President General Manager of TACA International Airlines, the Flag Carrier of El Salvador.
    Bob became interested in parliamentary law and procedures in 1980 while serving as a Region Officer in WBCCI, the Recreational Vehicle Club of Airstream Owners. He became a member of NAP in 1984 and was elevated to Professional Registered Parliamentarian in 1991.
    Robert and Jim-Claire (Deloach) were married in Jackson, Mississippi in 1941 and have had their permanent home in Denver, Colorado since 1961.
