Capt. Ruperto Vazquez Fragoso was born in Mexico in July of 1928.
He completed initial flight training at the Dallas Aviation School & Air College in Dallas, Texas in January of 1948. Shortly after this, he began his 37-year aviation career that included flying in North America, South America, Central America, the Caribbean, and Europe.
Notable planes he had the privilege to fly included the world?€™s first commercial jet, the DH Comet, as well as the following aircraft:
