    Harry Mizrahi, Cmdr. USN (retired), was a World War II Naval Aviator who served in the Pacific Theater aboard the light carrier USS Cabot. During a combined career of both active and reserve duty that spanned some 30,years, Cmdr. Mizrahi accumulated in excess of 3600 hours of logged flying time in a variety of aircraft that included Curtiss SB2-C's, Grumman Avengers and F6-F Hellcats, Vought F4-U Corsairs, Grumman S-2 and Lockheed PV-1 Patrol Bombers, as well as a number of other airplanes. He was and continues to be a true aviation enthusiast, and remains committed to supporting the work of the Smithsonian and other museums involved in the historic preservation of all of the aircraft that were significant in the development of aviation in this country.
