    Wall of Honor Level:
    Air and Space Friend

    Honored by:
    Dolly A. Holbrook

Chief Holbrook completed nearly 30 years service in the US Air Force working in all areas of the Fire Department at numerous military installations. He continued his federal employment as a civil service employee and fully demonstrates the importance of fire safety and rescue programs in the aviation industry as well as the space shuttle programs. During his military career, he received special fire and rescue training for the SR-71 (Habu) and space vehicles, including the Shuttle program. His enthusiasm, excitement, and pride for both the aviation and space programs have never waived. He attended two space shuttle launches and the memories of those liftoffs are shared to people of all ages, but most particularly with his children and grandchildren. He is a dedicated American who wholeheartedly supports the space exploration program.
