Christopher R BRANCH, Col USAF Ret, graduated from Stanford University, California in 1961 (BS) and in 1966 (MS, Engineering). He joined the USAF in 1961 for a thirty year career in missile maintenance at various AF bases, culminating in Senior Wing Commander at Minot AFB, North Dakota. During his service he also attended the Air Staff College (1971) and was a research fellow at the National War College (1982). He died in 1 May 1999 while piloting a private plane.
