Honored by:
Col. Erickson comes from a military family. His father was a regular army officer. His sisters married career officers. Col. Erickson entered the service in 1940 and retired in 1969, during this period he specialized in planning, budgeting and managing approved air force resources needed in the space age. His education includes OCS, Air Command and Staff college, University of Texas (BBA) George Washington University (MBA). Honors: Legion of Merit, Bronze Star, Air Force Commendation Medals. Two tours: Pentagon and Secretary levels.
