Completed over a quarter century of service in the USAF, serving as an F-15 Fighter Pilot, Safety Officer, Chief of Maintenance, Logistics Support Group Commander, and Inspector General at Kirkland AFB. His many innovations and dedicated performance of duty resulted in his being decorated with the Legion of Merit, meritorious Service Medal, and numerous other awards and decorations.
