Col. Milton served in the USAF and its predecessor Army Air Corps, from 1943 – 1974. He was a Command Pilot with over 16,000 flying hours in a wide variety of aircraft. He was an Instructor Pilot in every aircraft he flew. Col. Milton’s assignments included test pilot, Project Engineer, operational flying, Air Attaché, Air Force Advisor in the MAAG, and three Air Staff assignments in the Pentagon. Decorations include the Legion of Merit and the Distinguished Flying Cross.
