Colonel Landgrave T. Smith, Jr., USAF (Retired, after 32 years of service) graduated from twin engine advanced in 44-D, joined a Martin B-26 Marauder replacement crew and flew 42 missions in the ETO during the battles of the Ruhr, Rhineland and Central Germany during WWII.
