    SUMMARY
    Experienced executive with intimate knowledge and a proven worldwide record of accomplishments in the purchase, sale and leasing of commercial jet transport aircraft and related aviation services and equipment. Have a broad financial and sales background involving foreign and domestic government agencies, embassies, airlines, aerospace manufacturers, and financial institutions. Have developed, implemented, and administered many promotional and sales campaigns and institutional programs in the aviation industry. Have played an active role in the United States Air Force Reserve and Public Information Programs since Reserve retirement.

    ACCOMPLISHMENTS
    - Over forty profitable years in the aviation industry.
    - Established and directed the Aircraft Sales and Services Division for USAir since 1975.
    - Negotiated and delivered the first used turbo-prop aircraft to Yugoslavia in competition with Russian aircraft.
    - Founder/Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Transavia Holland, one of the largest international charter airlines.
    - Conceived and developed first aircraft Remarketing Program for a major airline with major airframe manufacturer.

    - 1990 to 1994: Chairman of the Board, USAIR GROUP, INC: subsidiary companies:
    - - Piedmont Aviation Services, Inc.
    - - Aviation Supply Corporation
    - - Air Service, Inc.
    - 1986 to 1994: President, USAIRWAYS LEASING AND SERVICES, INC.
    - 1973 to 1994 : Vice President, Aircraft Sales, USAIR, INC. Established and administered the Aircraft Sales and Services Division and USAir Leasing & Services which involves worldwide aircraft purchasing, selling, leasing, and remarketing in excess of 500 transport aircraft. Responsible for the negotiations and purchase of the high technology flight simulators and associated training aids required for USAir's operation. Also, developed and implemented the sales program for contract training, technical and appraisal inspections, and excess material. Participate in all new aircraft selections and negotiations for USAir and its subsidiary airlines.
    - 1968 to 1973: Director of Marketing, FAIRCHILD INDUSTRIES, INC. Responsible for commercial sales of F27, FH227, F28, Turbo Porter Aircraft, and FH-1100 Helicopters.
    - 1964 to 1968: President and Chief Executive Officer, BOREAS CORPORATION. International transport aircraft sale and leasing corporation. Duties involved operating company-owned charter airline in Holland and buying and selling transport aircraft and associated spare parts.
    - 1961 to 1964: Sales Manager, PACIFIC AIRMOTIVE CORPORATION. Aircraft sales, modification and overhaul agency. Sold Gulfstream and Fan Jet Falcon Executive Aircraft. Developed and directed all sales activities with major U.S. corporations.
    - 1958 to 1961: Assistant to the President, BABB COMPANY. Established and developed worldwide aircraft sales activities, advertising and customer relations program.
