Honored by:

Richard Shine attended USAF Pilot Training in November 1966 (Class66G). He served with the 41st MAS at Charleston AFB, and then with the 39th ARRS, Tuy HUA Run until Mar 1970. He served with the 328th TAS, Niagara Falls IAP from November 1970 to August 1990. He earned the DFC as well as seven Air Medal for service in Vietnam. In civilian life he has owned and operated over a dozen different aircraft and today owns and flies a Mitsubishi MU2 aircraft.
