Numerous command and control assignments, including joint, combined, and NATO, during 24 year career. Commander at the flight, squadron, and wing levels. Two plus tours, 818 days, in Vietnam. Last assignment as Director of Tactical Command and Control, HQ USAF/XOORC, the Pentagon. His directorate supported the PWACS, J-STARS, ABCCC, forward air control aircraft, worldwide fixed and mobile radar systems and facilities, and was the Air Force focal point for participation in the National Anti-Drug Interdiction Initiative.
