    Robert Phelps Moody, Col, USAF
I served more than 30 years of continuous active duty as a commissioned pilot in the United States Air Force [ 1943-1973]. I was a command pilot with 9000 hours flying single, twin, and four-engine aircraft... from the AT-6 to the North American Sabreliner. I served as Commander of the Navigator Training Group and as Commander of the Officer Training School [OTS]. My final assignment was a 5-year tour as Professor of Aerospace Studies [Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps] at the Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. This included being an OSU Department Chairman and Detachment Commander. Highest military decoration: the Legion of Merit.
