Col. Corson has culminated a 28-year career with the Air Force. He served 3 1/2 years as a member of the Strategic Air Command (SAC) on active duty with the 70th bomb Wing (H), Clinton-Sherman Air Force Base, Oklahoma.
He spent the next 25 years assigned as an Air Force Academy "Admissions Liaison Officer" in Central Pennsylvania. He personally was responsible for obtaining 52 individuals for Congressional appointment to the Academy.
His service to the Air Force, our country and aviation in general is highlighted by the fact that most of these individuals have become career Air Force Officers.
