    Conrad J. Daiber served in the Pacific Theater during WW II. He was initially stationed in Australia, then on various islands in the South Pacific. Conrad entered the U.S. Armed Service in 1942 and served in the U.S. Air Corps. He provided maintenance on the airplanes armaments to help keep the planes in good working order to fly missions. This maintenance was on B-24 airplanes. Conrad was on the island of Okinawa at war’s end.
    Conrad played his role in the defeat of the Japanese armed forces to preserve the freedom for those of us in the United States. For his service to our country we owe our deepest gratitude.
