Graduated from Iowa State University with a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering, May, 1985. Employed by Douglas Aircraft Company as a structural designer from July, 1985 to June, 1995, working on composites R&D and the MD-11 transport. Worked on X-33 reusable launch vehicle, July, 1995 at McDonnell Douglas Astronautics. Employed by Raytheon Aircraft Company as a structural design lead on the Premier I business jet, August, 1995 to present.
