ACMM Hancock was very proud of his career in the service of his country, and of his contributions to Naval Aviation. The following information was taken from his "Aviators Flight Log Book" and his "Continuous Service Log". He was proud to be an American, proud of his service, and proud of his contributions to his country. His early flying history, his contribution to early parachuting, his total devotion to those officers he served under, his love of his service and his love of flying are just a part of the man he was.The service records above tell only a part of his history but the places he went, the friends he made and the things he did are the true story.
