    Wall of Honor Level:
    Air and Space Friend

    Honored by:
    Mr. Randall Pelkey

Angie carries on the traditions of all the women in aviation who have come before her, such as Amelia Earhart and the Women Airforce Service Pilots (WASP) who were so dedicated in World War II. She has dedicated herself to fly in the defense of the freedoms we all hold so dear. She is qualified in the AH-64 Apache Attack Helicopter and her first assignment will take her overseas to face many of the real world situations that challenge us today. She will meet these challenges with the same determination and passion that those early pioneering women in aviation did. I feel honored to know her and am sure she will be a role model for many future aviatrixes. Godspeed, Angie Gilpin (9 June 2002).
