    Dale Fergerson was born on Christmas Day,1932 near Duke Oklahoma. After serving in the U.S. Army, Dale worked a a dairy salesman while learning to fly and raising a family. After acquiring his commercial and flight instructor ratings, he worked as a flight instructor and charter pilot at Catlin Aviation in Oklahoma City, OK. Dale went on to earn his Airline Transport Pilot rating and became a corporate pilot for CMI Corporation in Oklahoma City. Dale was killed in the in-flight breakup and crash of a Rockwell Turbo Commander en route from Kansas City to Oklahoma City on November 17, 1976. He is missed by his family and many friends.
