Honored by:

David S. Nyce is a certificated airplane and helicopter pilot. He is an amateur rocketry designer/builder. He has always had an interest in aviation and aerospace science since early childhood, evident in his building and flying of model planes, rockets, and rocket motors.
Mr. Nyce has worked as an electronics, mechanical, and chemical engineer; but also likes to teach aerospace classes in local elementary and middle schools on a regular basis. He enjoys taking budding aviators on their first airplane or helicopter flight, hoping to encourage their interest in aviation and space exploration.
