Captain Gross first soloed in 1967 and began his aviation career in 1970 with Reading Aviation Service, Inc. He flew for Allegheny Airlines and has accumulated over 10,000 accident free hours to date. He has held positions of captain, instructor, check airman, and chief pilot. He also served the airline as director of operations, general manager, and vice president. Currently he is the director of operations for Jet Solutions LLC and general manager of Bombardier Flex Jet. He holds an ATP (air transport pilot), commercial, multi, and numerous type ratings.
