    He was experienced in Europe, South and Central America, South Pacific, Canada, Alaska, and USA He flew professionally from 1970 to 2004.

    Dennis first exposure to aircraft was when his father sat him in a Lockheed "X" series aircraft at Edwards Air Force Base in California at the age of two.

    Dennis worked while in high school at a gas station to earn money for flying lessons and obtained his private pilot certificate at the age of 16. Between his Junior and Senior year of high school, He worked loading chemicals on crop dusting planes for flight experience. The summer after graduating from high school he began to crop dust for Mr. Ueding of Ueding Flying Service. He also flew cargo to include baby pigs (he always said they never complained about the flights or the pilot). He also attended Embry Riddle, flying the family Cessna 140 back and forth from his parent's home to school. Over the years, Dennis flew for a number of companies, Ueding Flying Service, Don Carney Salvage Company, Don Idee Company, Horton Corporation, Eastern Airlines, Inc, and was chief pilot for Kellet Enterprises where he was employed at the time of his death on September 10, 2004.

    Flying was the love of his life.
