“One of the finest mechanics in the industry-ever!” Steve Taylor, Director of Maintenance, Epps Aviation, Atlanta, GA. Don began his career in the US Navy and joined the Epps team in 1972 after six years with National Airlines. He loved General Aviation and held an A&P/IA license and Radio License. He was also a private pilot. For five years he was a tech rep for Lockheed on the Jetstar; and continued training on Citation, Lear, Hawker, Beechjet, Mu2 and Challenger. His trouble shooting ability on any aircraft was unparalleled and his knowledge of aircraft diagnosis was known throughout the Southeast! He is missed.
