Dr. Jim Goodman was an active pilot for over 40 years. He had Commercial Pilot, Airplane Single Land and Rotorcraft-Helicopter ratings. He worked at Martin-Marietta and for the Department of Defense (Navy) for continuing his college education to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree. He was known to his patients as "the flying Chiropractor". He was fortunate to have met famous aviators such as Jimmy Doolittle, Dick Rutan, Pappy Boyington and others who shared his love of flying.
