    Born: October 3, 1908 in Mayville, Wisconsin.
    Died: December 19, 1983 in Kaneohe, Hawaii.
    Married: July 10, 1937 to Jessie Dunham.
    Daughter: Gretchen (Mrs. Robert A. Gould), born 10/21/43.
    Sons: Peter Maaske born 8/4/47.
    Dr. Jon Maaske, born 7/8/50.
    1930: Graduated from University of Wisconsin - Madison.
    1941: Received Ph.D. at University of Wisconsin - Madison.
    1932-1937: Instructor in Medical Physiology at University of
    Wisconsin Medical School.
    1937-1941: Associate Professor at Loyola Medical School, Chicago.
    1941: Assistant Director of Research - Abbott Laboratories.
    1942-1945: U.S. Army Air Corps. Randolph Field for six months, then Wright Field.
    Helped build Human Centrifuge and develop "G-suit".
    Traveled to New Guinea and Australia in 1944 to introduce ("sell")
    G-suit to pilots.
    Dec. 1945: To University of Colorado Medical School.
    1952-1969: Chairman of Department of Physiology. Resigned as Chairman in 1969 1969-1975: Was in Dean's Office as Director of Medical Student Advisory until
    retirement in 1975.
