    Dr. David E. Flinchbaugh, Ph. D., P.E., C.Mfg E, C.E.I. is a life member of the U.S. Air Force Association and a life charter member of the Missile, Range and Space Pioneers at the NASA Kennedy Space Center. He is an aerophysicist who worked with Aero Bee, Loki and Delta Rockets and prepared the flight plan for the first successful commercial rocket launch from Cape Canaveral A. F. Station. He is a FAA licensed single engine land and seaplane pilot and a Basic Ground Instructor who has flow in 38 different aircraft models/types . Former CAA Airman and CAP participant.
