Dr. Edward J. Fisher was born in Norwalk , CT and graduated as a 1st Lt in the Air Force from the University of CT in 1956. Served honorably in the USAF for 21 years working at Patrick AFB on the missile systems between 1961 -1965. Retired as a Lt. Col . in 1977, spending his final 7 years as a professor at the AFIT, Wright Patterson AFB. Has spent the last 22 years as a full professor teaching undergrad and graduate work in the Information systems field at Central MIU, Mt. Pleasant. MI.
