Dr. George Sebestyen, founder and CEO of Defense Systems Inc. DSI pioneered the 'Lightsat' era with the 1986 launch of the DARPA-sponsored Global Low Orbiting Message Relay (GLOMR) satellite. Over the next ten years DSI built and launched 34 spacecraft for scientific, military and commercial purposes for the US Air Force, Navy, NASA and commercial customers.
