    Born June 11, 1934, Member Civil Air Patrol 1950-1956, Soloed 1952, Received Degrees in Aeronautical Engineering: BS (1956) – University of Maryland, MS (1957) and PhD (1960) California Institute of Tech. Active duty USAF 1960 – 1963. Contributed to design of DC-8 jet transport, Reentry Vehicle and Penetration Aids for Atlas, Titan and Minuteman ICBMS. Performed research in Missile Defense. Developed Techniques for using satellite data in weather forecasting. Founded ADAPT Service Corp. and cofounded Applied Data Trends, Inc.
