Dr. Kincaid grew up in Chicago and attended St. Rita’s High School. He graduated from De Paul University and served his country in the Air force before receiving his PhD in Modern Languages Vanderbilt University. He taught in the Department of Modern Languages at the University of Mississippi retiring after thirty years. He has been married for 33 years to Mary Galvin Kincaid and is Dad to Jessica and Stephen. He has a lifelong fascination in space exploration. I remember that we always had books and magazines around the house with photos of nebulas, galaxies, planets and stars on the covers. Dad and spent countless hours watching documentaries and specials on the latest discoveries and advances in the space program when I was growing up. He has instilled his love of science and his insatiable appetite for knowledge in his children and fro that he deserves to be honored. I love you, Dad!
