Director of Reliability and Maintainability on Space Shuttle program. Director of Product Assurance for Ground-Based Interceptor Exoatmospheric Kill Vehicle program. Recognized for many significant contributions to advancing the state-of-the-art in reliability and statistical concepts and applications in NASA Technology utilization Tech briefs. Masters thesis was “Statistical Methodology and Managerial Applications in Dependability Concepts”, and doctoral dissertation was “Quantitative Management Decision Techniques for Reliability Program Applications.” Presented reliability techniques and program applications papers at national conferences for the American Statistical Association and American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
