    Dr. Mohleji is a principal engineer in the Air Traffic Management Division of the Center for Advanced Aviation System Development (CAASD) of the MITRE Corporation. For over 30 years at MITRE, he has worked on developing concepts and simulation prototypes for enhanced air traffic management system incorporating Communication, Navigation and Surveillance (CNS) as well as airborne technologies to improve flight operational efficiency and airport capacity. He has been promoting the development of FMS/RNAV/GPS routes and procedures within the FAA Headquarters, FAA Centers, TRACONs and Regions, as well as for the International Civil Aviation Authorities in Belgium, Brazil, Canada, the Netherlands and Switzerland. He participated in joint projects with NASA Ames and Langley Research Centers, German DLR, NLR in the Netherlands, Eurocontrol, and ICAO.
    Dr. Mohleji received Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the University of Windsor, Ontario, and M.S. in Management Science from the American University in Washington D.C. Dr. Mohleji has published 70 papers and reports in automation of civil aviation systems. He was on the Advisory Panel for Aviation Week and Space Technology Publication. He has Chaired Working Groups and Technical committees of RTCA, AIAA Aircraft Operations, and International Federation of Automatic Control. He is Associate editor of Control Engineering Practice Journal published by Elsevier Science Ltd U.K., and reviewer for the IEEE Publications.
