Dr. Timothy C. Donnelly passed away on April 17, 2003. I am submitting this in his memory. If he was alive he would be thrilled to know that this center is being added to the Smithsonian. Aviation was Tim’s passion. He attended the Reno, NV air races every September for more than 20 years. He especially loved the Space Program. From the time he was in elementary school he followed every detail of the space program.
Tim was always willing to help further air and space exploration in any way he could be of assistance. He would have made this contribution and would love having his name on the Wall.
