My father worked as a specifications writer until retirement from Airborne Instruments Laboratories and previously with Fairchild, helping with the electronics that aircraft and the space program are dependant upon. Regretfully, dad was unable to share some of these milestones he was involved with due to their top secret nature and they passed with him.
