    Elder Dr. Huang has made significant contributions in astronautics to NASA Space Programs since 1979. From 1944 through 1964, he made contributions in aeronautics with the Chinese Air Force as an aircraft maintenance officer, deputy jet fighter maintenance squadron commander, chief of production control and chief of quality control. From 1979 thru 1985 he was with Ford Aerospace Communications Corp as a senior engineer and specialist supporting the space program for the first 25 space shuttle flights. From 1986 thru 1996 he was with Rockwell Space Operations Company and from 1996 he had joined United Space Alliance at Houston supporting Space Shuttle and Station operations. From 1960 thru 1974 he taught in the EE departments from National Hunan Univ. in 1994, his MS and PhD in EE from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University in 1968 and 1969 respectively. He authored more than 40 national and international publications on circuits and systems, microprocessor-based control systems, system reliability, space propulsion, etc.
