Honored by:
Elvera was born in Denver, Colorado May 18, 1924. She attended Columbine, Smily Jr High and graduated from East High School. After Colorado Women's College she was hired by Braniff Airways as an Air Hostess in June 1945.
In 1946 she married S. C. Clesi. Since marriage was a "no no," she was grounded. Three children: Karen Lynn, Carl, and Chastie were born.
Elvera was active in the Clipped Bs, helped with the Braniff Club at the airport, etc.
After meeting and marrying Richard Williamson in Conroe, TX she moved to Farmington, NM where she took flying lessons.
