Eugene Bulkowski served with the 85th Communications Squadron Operations Depot at Erding, Germany between 1950 and 1954. He received the Army of Occupation Medal (Germany), the National Defense Service Medal, and served as a senior central office technician. He was honorably discharged from the U.S. Air Force.
