Worked on Atlas Missile Bases in Salina, KS area 1961 and 1962. Worked on Minuteman Missile Bases in Missouri and North Dakota from 1962 through 1979 as an Ironworker-welder and Foreman and General Foreman. With exception of 1964 and 1965, he worked at Cape Canaveral, Florida as an Ironworker with American Bridge Co. on Construction of Space Launch Pads No. 39 and 39A, Vehicle Assembly Building (VAB). His name and names of coworkers is on the “Toppingout” Beam at the top of the VAB.
