Francis Graham is the founder (in 1964 December) of the Tripoli Rocketry association, Inc., recognized by Scientific American magazine as “the premier rocketry association in the world.” He also is the co-discoverer of the extremely tenuous atmosphere of the Moon, and the author of numerous journal articles, and a book on “Manocopters” – one-winged helicopters. Francis Graham is presently Assistant Professor of Physics at Kent State University.
