Army assigned him to Portland, OR Induction Center, to Officers Training School, to FEAF-USAF, Bambridge, GA 1942-45 as Medical Administrator. Discharged at Langley AFB, Columbus, OH after 5 years, 8 months as a Captain. Graduated from IN Medical School in 1950, interned at Milwaukee City, Hospital, Milwaukee, WI in AF Program, discharged 1952 from Maxwell Gunter Annex, Maxwell, IL. A family MD in Ft. Wayne, IN 14 years, a Consultant to the Surgeon General, 15 years. Developed Family Practice Depts. at UNE, Georgetown Medical Schools. Married Dorothy J. Andrews 1946. Died: 1920- 1982.
