Mr. Luther G. Ensminger Jr.
Born 1917 in Perry County, Ohio, Fred served his country as an Army Air Force Aviator co-pilot in B-25 Mitchell Bombers in the Pacific during World War II. The oldest of ten children of May and Charles H. Ensminger, he gave his life serving his country, killed in action in New Guinea April 30, 1943. Three younger brothers served the USA and returned safely.
