    Started at the Boeing Company in 1961 and worked on the Bomarc missile, Minuteman ICBM, Hibex, Dyna-Soar and new business proposals leaving as a Senior Supervisor in charge of the Quality Control Industrial Engineering organization. Joined NASA Lewis Research Center in 1966 and worked in the Atlas/Agena project in the project control branch. Spent 18 years working in the expendable launch vehicle project being made up of the Atlas Centaur, Titan Centaur and Centaur in the Shuttle programs. Acted as the NASA representative to the Air Force SAMSO coordinating ELV cost and schedule requirements. Prepared Project Operating Plans for the ELV organization. Worked for five years on the Advanced Technology Satellite project (ACTS), three years on the Space Station Power System project and the balance of my career working for the Comptroller. In that role, established a parametric cost estimating branch at LeRC supporting the Human Exploration of Space Program with cost estimates on Nuclear power and propulsion systems, communication satellites, and hardware for possible use on the Moon/Mars and other future systems. Assigned to the Space Station redesign cost analysis team. Highest position held was as a Deputy Division Chief. Retired from NASA in 1995. Worked for the Omni and Indyne Corporations as a budget consultant to NASA's Small Business Independent Research (SBIR) project at Glenn Research Center until 2001.
