I have been an aviation enthusiast my whole life. In the late 50’s, I served in the US Air Force Reserve for eight years and in the same period I worked for a commercial airline for a couple of years. The last 37 years I have worked for United Parcel Service (now retired) and spent some of that time working in their Air Operation. My favorite reading is still Aviation History and to this day, I still look up when I hear an airplane passing over me. I marvel how far aviation has come in such a short span of time, and what its future is likely to be. Good luck in the building of the new Dulles Center Air Museum.
