Retired from Lockheed Martin (Martin Marietta) after 33 years as an Aerophysics Analyst and in Technical Operations oversight.
Provided key analytical, design, and test support contributing to the successful Viking Mars missions. Also provided analytical support of solid rocket motor flow, nozzle flow separation, nozzle side forces, muzzle blast, plume flows, and pyro valve failure mechanisms. Programs included Titan, Space Shuttle External Tank, Peacekeeper, Atlas, small ICBM and Athena.
