Greg's interest in aviation began as a child in Dearborn, Michigan, lying on the grass in his backyard, watching the airplanes fly overhead. As a young man in the Vietnam era, he served in the Air Force Reserve and flew "back seat" in an F-4 Phantom. Greg finally achieved his lifelong dream of becoming a private pilot when he was almost 50 years old. He is happiest and most serene flying his Cessna over the beautiful mountains and valleys of Southwest Virginia.
