Born and educated in France. Migrated to Canada in 1951 and then the United States in 1953. Worked at Republic on F-105 Thunder Chief. Transferred to Lockheed, Burbank 1965. Became Lead Configuration Designer of the Advanced Design Group. His major accomplishment was designing the overall configuration of the Lockheed S-3 anti-submarine aircraft.

Including his aerospace responsibilities, he lovingly raised a family with two daughters and one son. His son has followed his footsteps into an aerospace career.
