    ADR1 Harley N. Cook USN 1956-1974 Harley was born in North Eastern Nebraska; he joined the Navy at age 18. Navy life began with Boot Camp at Great Lakes. Duties station were HS-7 Norfolk, VR-22 Norfolk and Moffett Field, AIMD Patuxent River, VQ-4 Patuxent. Schools and training included
    C-118 FE School, Tinker AFB; C-130 FE School, Charleston AFB; Escape and Evasion Training, Stead AFB, Reno; Prop Repair, Norfolk; C-130 FE School, Little Rock AFB. Harley was awarded the following; Air Medal 2 Awards; Good Conduct 4 Awards; USAF Outstanding Unit; US Navy Expeditionary; National Defense; Armed Forces Expeditionary, 2 Awards; Vietnam Service, 4 Awards; Republic of Vietnam Campaign.
