Involved in aviation his whole adult life. Found himself in the cockpit of a P-51 Mustang at the tail end of WWII, no active combat. Got recalled during the Korean Conflict flying B-26s. Worked for North American Aviation his entire career. Was an F-86 and F-100 test pilot. Transitioned to Transport Division and became a Corp. Pilot. Flew everything from DC-3s to Sabreliners and Gulfstream IIs. Type rated in 15 aircraft.
