    Served for most of the period from 1958 to 1991 at ANSER as analyst, project leader, and manager in planning and systems analysis in support of Air Staff decision making. Contributed to both the space and tactical systems programs of the Air Force. Most significant contributions to Air Force space capabilities were during 1958 to 1963 as head of the teams that developed the first long-range development plan for the Air Force space program and then in 1963 drafted for the Keese Committee what became the first official plan for the Air Force in space. As manager of the ANSER Tactical Division from 1967 to 1974, provided technical direction and oversight for the teams assisting the Air Force in performance of many analytic studies and preparation of Concept Formulation Packages for such major Air Force systems as the F-15, A-10, and AWACS.
